Great hair dryer! I don't know how well the negative ion technology works, but I will say that I have never noticed static electricity in my hair after using it. I like the shaped nozzle, it really helps direct the air. Normal speed is ideal, but high speed is almost overkill! The temperature change is a nice touch to dry my hair without drying it out, but I rarely use it. I will say that the hot/cold cycle mode does a good job of not getting too hot, just reaching its limit before backing off. I recommend.
