Review on 🎮 Collectable Micro Player: Arcade Dudes by Ron Thomas

I like collecting slot machines. When done right, they are fun to play with and look cool when displayed. And Bad Dudes was a game I liked as a kid. While I'll admit that the game is rather mediocre, it's still fun to play. It's like driving an awful low-budget action movie from the 80's. When Data East announced this mini-arcade and Bad Dudes was on the list, I was really excited to get it. However, I think I was wrong. The artwork and design made me think it was Bad Dudes vs. Dragonninja (Arcade Version). There's even a protective sticker on the screen with an image of the arcade version's title screen. Unfortunately, this is a NES port ROM. I was rather disappointed. Nowhere on the box or description does it say what version of the game you're getting. As far as I know, My Arcade plans to release a 10 inch version with the arcade version of the game. This is a great solid build that looks great on display. Well done, if a bit difficult. Bad Dudes on the NES has always been a difficult game, and the controls made it even harder. You can unscrew the joystick and use the DPAD and that makes things a little easier. Recommended for people who like to show off these things. Fun to kill a few minutes but wish it was an arcade version.
