Stuck with roommate in rehab/nursing home after heart attack. Perfect, because now I can turn up the volume as well as my roommate and not disturb the other. Certainly not the best sound you would expect for the money. It took me a while to figure out the correct wiring combination and the correct reset/scan combination. Click "Reset" and then scan, it will go to TV when connected. Repeated scanning captures radio stations. I use a black cable from the TV to the transmitter. Why didn't the red and white combination work? I can't tell the distance because the further I go down the corridor, the more walls get in my way. Your instructions are terrible and I emailed the company, I can understand why people threw them away.
