Great Product, User Friendly and Excellent Support
The ease at which we can create new workflows with their system makes it very versatile for any size business or organization that wants an automated solution without having too many bells & whistles (yet). Nothing really - but I would recommend reading up more about your needs so you understand what they could potentially offer as far as customizations go before jumping into anything serious like contract negotiation/signing etc. We are utilizing this product primarily because it allows us to automate repetitive tasks within different departments across multiple offices while also providing visibility throughout all areas via dashboards / alerts when something breaks down along those lines.
Pros
- Very easy process
- Great customer service staff who is knowledgeable in various industries, both internal
- Ability not only log contracts digitally onto our own servers from start to finish but easily share documents between colleagues internally through email attachments.
