Hearsay - Great tool, useful all times

I like that this program is customizable so it can be used by every team member in your organization! There's nothing i dislike about Hearsays product or support service as of now but there will always be room for improvement in both areas. The benefits are being able to have quick access to information without having to go through multiple people just because you're not at one place right away. Easy to use and very helpful in getting you out there

I like that it has multiple ways of getting information out there about your products or service without having people click around too much as well! Sometimes when you are trying to do one thing in particular (like look up something) clicking away takes so long sometimes before coming back can be very frustrating if not downright annoying!! It is great at finding things we need quickly but also makes sure its easy enough anyone who wants help will find us easily through our website etc which…

  • The ease with navigating, searching for certain items/services..also helps search engines see this site better than say google sites.(i'm only using 1 platform instead!) Also helpful knowing how many visitors use their portal regularly helps determine whether they have other services available such an insurance quotes..it's always nice being able check everything all together from various sources within websites...I don;t know why more companies aren'nt doing stuff electronically these days

An excellent tool if your business has anything telemarketing related

The ability to monitor and measure activity in real time is key for us as we look ahead at what's coming down the pike! It can be difficult to get used to the interface but it does improve over time once you've gotten comfortable using it. We are able to track conversations and identify trends that may not have been there before so I think this is great! Robot Rules!! Awesome for onboarding and knowledge sharing

I like that it's easy enough so you can train your team quickly without having them spend too much time training themselves or getting confused by new features/tools being added in future releases of this product - which is always something we have had issues around when using other products (ease of implementation).
