The ability to monitor and measure activity in real time is key for us as we look ahead at what's coming down the pike! It can be difficult to get used to the interface but it does improve over time once you've gotten comfortable using it.
We are able to track conversations and identify trends that may not have been there before so I think this is great! There isn't much out there like Hearsay or similar platforms that really help us to understand our customer's needs while also being more proactive about reaching them through different means (social networking).
