Best free WYSIWIG editor for Office 365/SharePoint

The simplicity of it all - you can't go wrong with this product! I am not an expert user but their support is great so if there's anything i don’t know then they will be happy help me out!! Nothing as such just wish we could have some customization options like adding custom fields or even creating our own form templates etc., that would make life much simpler! Highly recommend!! This has made my work flow very easy when managing content in both share point online (Office365) and office desktop

Excellent tracking system & sharing platform

The best thing about gimmal is that it's easy to implement in your office environment as well as share with colleagues outside of our own team. It allows us to keep track of who updated what document at which time. There are certain features I wish were available such as creating sub-categories or tags within documents but other than those small issues this has been a great tool! Nothing really so far. Value addition solution, easy deployment & excellent support

As mentioned by others in this comment list - ease of implementation; ability to filter content before it is added into library which minimizes unnecessary document approval process- Ability to track change history helps with risk governance processes.- Highly intuitive application that can be deployed quickly at minimal cost but has great feature set. This tool does not offer audit trail so need to rely upon other tools as well (e.g., TFS / JIRA). We are solving Risk Management and Information

The best part about this software is that it has so many features which can be used in every office as well as small organizations or even home offices where you have access only via internet but not using local server of any sort! I don't like its user interface too much; however one could get accustomed with few days time after installing same because when we first came into know what all functions are there then everything will become ok soon enough!!   • Its easy to use, no additional effort required unlike similar product's installation process requiring more than 10 hrs sometimes!!! All modules come pre installed hence less efforts needed during implementation phase also compared to most popular products having lengthy setup procedure involving downloading hundreds MB data files over net connection.etc..which takes hours together before initial login step ! So far nothing else comes close except maybe tiny bit better
