I like that we can use it for multiple purposes (inventory management etc.). It's easy enought be used by non-IT people as well - which helps with business process improvement/documentation projects! I like that this software allows me to keep track of all my employees' time and attendance without having to manually enter it into an excel sheet or other system. It's also easy for new hires to get up to speed with their timesheets since they can use them as templates when entering data themselves.
