I like that this software allows me to keep track of all my employees' time and attendance without having to manually enter it into an excel sheet or other system.

It's also easy for new hires to get up to speed with their timesheets since they can use them as templates when entering data themselves. The interface could be more intuitive but once you figure out how it works, it isn't too hard to navigate around. We have been able to easily see who has worked overtime so far during any given month and we are now able to pay those people accordingly.
