I like that we can use it for multiple purposes (inventory management etc.).

It's easy enought be used by non-IT people as well - which helps with business process improvement/documentation projects! The only thing i dislike about corestream at this time would have been if they had more than one or two modules available so you could do everything from 1 system instead having 2 systems required just because your looking into different areas within inventory control. We are using CORESTREAM mainly for Inventory Management but also other functions such as Purchase Order Approval & Release Control.
