Review on Hearsay by Adan Hudson

I like that it's easy enough so you can train your team quickly without having them spend too much time training themselves or getting confused by new features/tools being added in future releases of this product - which is always something we have had issues around when using other products (ease of implementation). The interface could be improved as well! It takes some experience but once trained up its great value if used correctly; very useful tool especially considering many firms are now moving towards more online platforms etc where there isn't necessarily someone at hand 24x7 who knows what tools will suit best within an organisation structure vs traditional face2face meetings / phone calls.
