It worked like clockwork. It is very easy to remove the old one and install the new one. You need to make sure you clean the area thoroughly after removing the old one. A bit of CLR with a brush removes any scaling. Wash the area well before installation. I found it leaked a little when it was first installed. Then I poured hot water from the sink into a bowl and let it sit for a while. That helped. Now it holds water and works as it should.
