This case was needed for my child's high school this year to install a Dell 3100 Chromebook. A computer science teacher tested a larger version of this case (on a larger Chromebook) by taking the Chromebook down a flight threw stairs. Protected like a charm! My kid was able to assemble it easily. So many broken screens and broken Chromebooks in the last year because most students only had laptop cases but nothing protected them once they took them out of their tote or book backpack. The school is counting on this opportunity to alleviate this problem!
