Review on Enhanced Swivel Peeler by OXO Good Grips by Sarah Salinas

I mistakenly thought all knives were the same and hung on to the swivel and Y blades for too long which were mediocre. After a particularly frustrating day of beet peeling, I began to wonder if a new peeler might work better. I read reviews from several different ones and even bought this and another brand (Y peeler) to compare, and my god this peel. I didn't know peeling could be like this! It dissolves as smooth as butter. It feels good in my hand with a good weight and its design doesn't make me afraid of cutting myself. It's definitely sharp, but I cut away from myself, and its design and smooth cut doesn't make me feel awkwardly holding it or fighting for it to slip and cut me. This is seriously like the gold standard for peelers. I was amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to peel potatoes and beets last night. Breeze.
