A fun way to blast to the past while burning calories and getting stronger. et

I happened to be reminiscing the other day with a friend about this fun chhood toy. On a whim I decided to see if ebay had an adult version and there it was! I couldn't resist. I thought it would be just as easy as when I was little. But, heck no. It is a lot harder when you are an adult and much heavier. You end up getting a good workou on your core and really give your legs power push ups. It is a fun thing to add to your personal gym that gives you a bit of diversity in your daily fitness routine.Twenty minutes of interval training and you will get a heck of a workout. changing up from intense bouncing to relaxing bounces and back will surely burn up your calories!
