My only complaint is that the instructions could be a lot better and could include pictures etc. Otherwise great product, some included accessories were very well designed to save a lot of work. It's basically a T-connector that gives you the initial water connection (no cutting the water line!). Many connections were made at the factory which saved time, but again poor quality illustrations and instructions made it more confusing than it needed to be. Overall great tasting water and worth the money. I would definitely put it in a basement or large basement, but not under a sink.
