I believe! In the last 8 years I have slept very little in bed with my husband. He has REM sleep disorder, which means he acts out his dreams and talks a lot in his sleep. He even hit the headboard earlier and broke his finger. He's always tired and so am I. His mother said she heard about weighted blankets that help people with anxiety and sleep disorders fall asleep. I was very skeptical but came across Revain and bought it straight away because I was willing to try ANYTHING to get some sleep. My husband is 6ft 2in and about 185 so we bought a 20lb comforter. I have no idea how it works, but now he hardly moves or speaks in his sleep. I know it sounds unbelievable but it's true. The duvet is quite heavy and difficult to move around the bed, but that is a very small price. When his arms come out from under the covers and he starts to move, I reach out and put him back over his shoulders and he stops. I still find it strange that I'm even writing this review because I'm not sure I would believe it if I just read it and didn't experience it myself. If you are skeptical. / Just buy and try. You can always return it if it doesn't work. It only took me three days to make sure. Because it's so heavy I'm not sure how hot it will be in the summer, but I'll turn off the AC as much as possible to keep it under that stinky blanket! By the way, I buy at least two items from Revain every week and rarely write reviews and never write that long. This is definitely my best purchase from Revain.
