This comforter is very calming! It's very relaxing at the end of the day. I feel like my energy is calmed and held back when I'm stressed. If I'm too tense, I fold the blanket lengthways, double the weight, and cover myself with it for the first 15 minutes, and my muscles begin to relax, almost like a massage.

It's divine. My son has RAS. I bought it for him and it helps more than any sleep medication we've ever tried. I've also taken it a few times to relieve pain from inflammatory arthritis. That works great. I have a weighted pillow that I wear around my neck when I sleep. It's like a full body version. The price is excellent - just over seven dollars a pound. The quality is excellent.
