It's divine. My son has RAS. I bought it for him and it helps more than any sleep medication we've ever tried. I've also taken it a few times to relieve pain from inflammatory arthritis. That works great. I have a weighted pillow that I wear around my neck when I sleep. It's like a full body version. The price is excellent - just over seven dollars a pound. The quality is excellent. It is easy to care for, there are no disadvantages. Love. Would definitely buy again.
