it works as intended I am very happy with this purchase I love that it heats up with just the push of a button. I use a cutting wheel to cut the access wires instead of the sniper that comes with the flush cut kit. I use a plastic welding iron to smooth everything and finish by sanding the surface to keep it looking as good as new. I highly recommend this product. (I will not receive this product for free as a gift for my review)
