That's exactly what I was hoping for, minus the holographic card in the booster. He holds the controllers very well. The state of charge is what you hope for. The problem is that the extra part (yes, I'll explain) needed to charge the Switch Pro controller, while not really a hindrance, has no place to live when not in use. I feel it can be lost very easily, making it impossible to charge the professional controller. Why not just let it go? After all, it's pretty small. For the same reason, I don't keep my Joy-Con controllers fully locked. When the charging station uses the switch base as a power source (shown in the instructions), it insists on starting to charge the controllers connected to the station, regardless of whether they are fully charged. This happens when the switch is toggled on or off, and sometimes even when a controller is added to the station. By that I mean that the station is constantly trying to charge the connected controllers, which shortens the life of the batteries. This in addition to any trip with a professional controller (due to the small mount required) makes it near perfect.
