Review on Secure Your Stairs with Perma Child Safety's Stellar Sensor LED Auto Lock Gate by Jeff Young

My review isn't on a really well made product, it's on a company. The sizes given in the product description do not match what I received. I couldn't use the gate. I contacted the company for help and asked them to sell me another 10 inch extension that would solve my problem. Customer service said they didn't have them (Really? Let's start by saying it's a replacement part) and didn't bother to help me even though I was willing to pay extra for it and easily let my master do everything was able to adjust it manually. So I keep a gate in case a guest comes with a dog or a child and needs a barrier to our guest room. But I won't be using this company again as a little cooperation on their part would get them another sale and make my life easier. I wanted to use the gate as a barrier for our cats to spray part of the front door. I don't need strong reinforcement with extension. So no, not happy with the company. Bought a door from another company. Spring.
