Like I said I love these bottles BUT they are picky. Like some others, I thought I had a few "broken" bottles that didn't pump, so I ran some tests: - If you don't fill them all the way to the brim (about less than 3/4). It will be extremely difficult to move the floor up. They will think you broke bottles. They work great when first issued. But if you don't have enough product to fill the bottle, it won't dispense. You can: fill them with water first to 1. make sure the pump is working 2. get the bottles working for the first time. Or you can turn the bottle upside down and contact the product with the pump. Once this happens, you can see the ground begin to move.
