These very hard balls are great for smoothing out knots in the feet

I have both very soft and very hard deep tissue massage balls and love them for a variety of uses. These "very hard" massage balls don't give way. They are light and soft, yet durable. Very soft massage balls are also light and soft, but can be compressed a little. I have found that I like very soft massage balls for my sensitive areas like my neck, shoulders, hips and lower back and prefer very firm massage balls for my legs. I really like that they come in a mesh pouch. Not only is it great for holding and tracking both massage balls, but it also allows me to use both at the same time without one rolling away from me. I only use one ball per shoulder blade, but that's the good thing about this set; You can use just one or both at a time and it's a good idea to buy different levels of firmness. As I understand it, what's good on my legs isn't as comfortable on my neck. [Product Submitted for Review]
