Review on Mio by Terry Wilson

I love how easy it is for employees across multiple departments to communicate with each other without having to switch between applications or go in-app. It's also really nice when you're working remotely and need something shared quickly - there's no better way than using Mio! There are some minor UI changes we would like to see (esp. around file sharing), but overall they've been super responsive at fixing them as soon as we bring up our feedback. We have several teams within one organization who frequently collaborate outside the office. However, all communication has historically had to occur via email which creates problems if you want to send large documents or spreadsheets. Using Mio addresses this by allowing us to easily create groups so everyone knows what team members are communicating with them about, then attach larger docs/spreadsheets directly into those conversations rather than sending emails back and forth. This makes collaboration much easier because people don't have to.
