BEST cleanliness! in toothpaste

I've been using this toothpaste for about 3 years and my teeth are fantastic! Dentists always praise my teeth. The taste is very strong and spicy and the clay dries out a bit so I usually have to rinse well or drink some water afterwards. But it definitely delivers amazing cleanliness (I use it with Philips Sonicare).
