was damaged When I first tried these headphones I have to say I was disappointed. The sound quality wasn't nearly as good as my Bose SportSound headphones. I persisted and tried a number of different configurations until finally being very happy when I pulled the wires to form a pair of ear loops (see attached photo). This makes a big difference in sound quality. Now they have deep bass, clear mids and clear highs. I like the battery life and the small joystick is very comfortable to use. The only thing I have is that they could be more comfortable and you hear a lot of ambient noise. These are not isolating headphones. But when I leave the house, I usually hear some ambient noise. We hope this review helps you get the most out of these headphones - they're worth it for the very decent battery life.
