Review on Fox Digital by Kenneth Wood

They are very organized which makes it easy for us to plan our campaigns, monitor results and adjust where needed. The interface is not as intuitive or user friendly like some other providers we have used in the past. I feel that their customer service team could use a bit more training before they become experts themselves. We were able to track everything from search terms, clicks, impressions etc. Very detailed reports allowed me to see all aspects of my campaign at once. I like that they are flexible with their services and know how to work effectively with others. We have had some issues in the past but they were able to resolve them. I do not have any dislikes at this time. I would recommend working with them. They provide great customer support and are willing to help as much as can be asked of them. I feel that we have been very happy with our relationship with Fox Digital.
