I work from home so I don't have time for physical cleaning during the day. This is the second robot vacuum I've ever owned and I love how quiet it is and how easy it is to use. It works great picking up dirt, kitty litter and even cat food off the floor which is what I need most (I have a messy cat). The app is very helpful! You can schedule cleaning times, adjust the vacuum's suction power, view the vacuum's water level, and more importantly, you can control which rooms to clean by tapping on the app's visual map, which shows each room in different colors . You can basically control everything from your smartphone! Let's talk practicality. The app lets you schedule cleaning times by zone, room, and even spot cleaning. You can turn on phone notifications to let you know about any problems the vacuum cleaner encounters while cleaning your home, and it will record any issues encountered during its operation. I also like that it's very quiet so you can set it to start cleaning in the morning or late at night before anyone gets up and it's very thorough at cleaning. I watched him move back and forth, making sure each section was thoroughly cleaned. My favorite part is the self-cleaning bin, which means I don't have to empty it myself. It worked great on my laminate floors and carpets, which surprised me because I expected it to have trouble getting stuck on carpets around the house, just like my other vacuums. The battery life is pleasantly long and there was never any problem finding a charging station. The mopping feature is great because it cleans dirty spots over time, meaning I can put the whole house off every week. ;-) Overall, I really liked the Neabot Q11 and I've been looking forward to it for a long time. Great value for money and if like me you work from home it's nice to be able to get help around the house with no hassle. It's worth it.
