This is a set of polymer clay cubes in 60 different colors and a sheet of shapes and tools. The size of each stone is about 1 x 2 x 0.25 inch; The stones are individually wrapped in plastic. The set includes a silicone mold with hearts and jewelry molds, a bag for making earrings and necklaces, and 2 sets of plastic molding tools. All of this is packed in a reusable square organizer box. Polymer clay is an uncured plastic. To cure it, you can bake it at 260°F for 30 minutes, blow on it with a hair dryer for 3-5 minutes, or boil it for 20 minutes. The instructions for use warn against getting this material in your eyes and that good ventilation be provided while it cures. I find this clay to be a lot of fun to work with. It is easy to shape and you can shape, shape and reshape it until you are happy with the result. It's great that there are so many colors. On the downside, you don't get much of either color, so if there's a color you really like, you might be out of luck. But small stones are great for jewelry that isn't very large anyway. You can make quite a lot of earring jewelry out of a single stone, especially if you use balls of different colors. The tools provided are good for shaping the clay, but I prefer to use my own pottery tools as I'm more used to them. Remember that this is plastic, so it's best to harden on surfaces that will never come into contact with food (e.g. put a piece of aluminum foil between the clay and the casserole dish) and make sure all windows are open. and your oven fan will run when you are baking your food. Also wash your hands thoroughly or even wear gloves after handling this material. Overall, this set is great for working with polymer clay.
