A great product in concept but the quality control is lacking. Be prepared to buy a few before you get one that works reliably. I installed three on my bike before getting one that didn't disappoint. Problems with the first device started after a few weeks. Only one of the USB ports was working, and the other port was not providing any power at all. The second block worked for about two months before it started to fail. Turned itself off regularly. I was able to turn it back on, but it only stayed on for a few seconds to a few minutes before turning off again. I installed the third a few months ago. So far, so good. Both USB ports supply power and it does not turn itself off. I hope this continues to work. I admit that motorcycles can be a tricky environment for electronics due to vibration, so I gave the company a little break. Nevertheless, a well-made product should not fail so quickly on a motorcycle.
