The most important thing is that the bracket fits together, otherwise you'll have to improvise which is bad with water and electricity so get your fridge part number/model and test it out . .This fits perfectly with my Kenmore 106.58422700 side by side, a bit old but all it needs is this valve. The ice and water dispenser has hoses of different sizes, so nothing can go wrong. Make sure you change the cable connectors one by one to match where they were. House to turn off the water lines so I took a little shower but everything was dried out by the fan blowing on speed 3 after I plugged everything in. 30 minutes later everything was fine. Turned it on and 10 minutes later I heard water pouring into the ice maker. The next morning we had a box full of ice cream. sort of, but enough to see that everything works fine and the ice cubes are fully formed.
