It's easy and it works! on sieves and food sieves
Many recipes call for squeezing the tofu. This simplifies the implementation. Place the tofu between the bowls and toss them together so that even the hardest tofu turns very hard. You will be surprised at how much water is squeezed out. I placed the white plastic pieces on the top shelf of the dishwasher.
