Having had Covid I find it difficult to sleep lying down all night. In our bed at home I have a good fabric pillow for reading, but this has always been a problem when traveling, and hotel pillows are never enough for support, or enough to provide good support for a vertical prop. this pillow. There is no air pump included which would be very useful but I bought a very small travel pump to go with it. It inflates quickly, holds air for our rides, deflates easily and returns to the pocket. We fly a lot and it easily fits in my personal bag and carry case. The only drawback is the size of the vent. It's quite large and it loses a lot of air quickly, reducing support unless you're moving quickly. It gets easier with practice, but it's still not a fun race.
