The ease of access to all my medical information including radiology reports. I have been able to use it for over 3 years now without any issues or glitches. It can be expensive at times but if you are using your own software then that might change things. We realized after signing up with this program that our billing department was not as efficient as we would like them to be. This helped us realize how important it is to have everything in one place so there were no gaps between different departments. They also had great customer service! A great way to organize all of my health records to make sure I am always up to date with what's going on with me. All the paperwork has disappeared since adding their software.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an easy and convenient way to store all your medical files. Ease of organizing all my medical records into one platform.
