This kennel was mostly disappointing. It was a struggle until the moment I finally assembled it and started working. The first had a hole at the top (see photo). The shipping box didn't appear to be damaged so I can only assume it was damaged in the packaging. I figured if I was going to spend $100 on it it should be right, so I issued a refund and ordered a replacement. Keep the original until a replacement arrives. A replacement came in and half the components were missing from the door. spring and back So I kept the bottom and door from the original block and the top from the new block and sent the rest back to Revain. Much trouble. After I put it together it seems to work pretty well, although the door is still difficult to close. In my opinion there are much better devices for the money.
