I was afraid to use it but it's great!

I am not a professional swimmer and this is what I get from watching all the experienced swimmers in the training center. They all use tubes. So I bought them and kept them in my bag until the right moment when it was just kids. I've tried it and it's great. I wouldn't use them all the time because I've read how your CO2 levels change, but I've finished my workout doing 6-10 laps with them. I need a nose plug during use.
