Cute and very functional and not too thin! I'm a medium size and they are definitely larger than typical medium. Cut wider and higher than most plastic pants. It's great when I'm encased in multiple layers of thick diapers, but not great if you want tight or tight diapers. or reserved. The clear plastic REALLY creases and the belt is quite high and hard to hide, especially when wearing in a diaper in public. The channel for the chain is quite narrow so it takes a bit of persuading to get the chain tight and secure. But for the price, it's AWESOME! They can (and have been) worn comfortably for long periods of time.
