I just installed this monitor arm and I have to say I have had a very good experience. I love how easy it is to install, how it clears my desk and how it gives the monitor a "floating" feel. Please be careful the first time you lift the monitor with the bracket installed, you don't want to think it will stay and instead will fall onto your desk and possibly break. When I first lifted the monitor with the bracket installed, it didn't stay in place. After tightening the tilt screws and gas spring lever, the monitor stays where I want it. Now moving the monitor from position to position is very simple and straightforward.
