It helped a lot. My hair is curly and living in Florida it can get very frizzy in the summer. I like to wear it straight and use a flat iron after drying. The shampoo and conditioner are very moisturizing and work for any hair type but I think especially curly girls. A few years ago I did keratin treatments in the salon but stopped because of the high cost and chemicals. I can get almost the same results with this product. Additionally, they are large at 16.9 fl oz each. Will definitely buy more when I run out. Try this for your hair. You will not regret it!
