I like that it's easy enough anyone can use this software without having any technical knowledge at all! It makes our jobs easier by automating some of these tasks we used too do manually before which saves us time as well!! There isn't anything really i dislike about sentioone but if you're looking into purchasing something then make sure they have good support because sometimes their system does get glitchy or doesn;t work properly so be prepared with what your trying tto accomplish when buying sotware suchas this.

Sending out emails in bulk has been made much more efficient since implementing SOTWONE. !
