The drive is incorrectly labeled as suitable for data storage

The drive is labeled 'Samsung' (as advertised) but Windows says it is a 'JMicron Tech' drive. Also, I haven't seen the advertised Magician 6 anywhere. If it was on a disc it would be useless as the disc installation process required me to initialize it.
