
I'm ready to buy this but wanted to leave a review hoping people would read it first. All carbon steel cookware must be seasoned first. If you don't, your food will stick. I've read countless reviews from other buyers like Comals and they all complain about the sticking and burning. Just like a carbon steel wok. Komal needs to be maintained. I will post an update but I have no doubt that this article will work great after getting over it.
