It is very easy to use for all types of people who are not technical experts but want some basic functionality in their VDRs like document management etc. The price may be high as it comes with certain features that other solutions do without charging so much money. I have been using this product since last 2 years when we were doing our diligence work before finalising acquisition transactions involving companies from US/UK marketplaces. The best thing about this software is that it allows you to create your own template for use in presentations. You can also easily customize the look and feel of the interface. It is easy enough for new users but not too complicated for experienced users. I have used other similar platforms but none are as good as this one. The biggest benefit is the ability to create my own templates which saves me time and effort when creating presentations.
