Others say the sound isn't great. I do not agree. The sound is amazing compared to many other headphones I've used including both wired and wireless. Others say they lack the bass. I do not agree. If you put these things in your ear properly, the bass will be loud and deep for an earbud. To get good sound you need to choose the right one (see below). Others say it doesn't fit. You laugh? Maybe I just got lucky with the shape of my ear, but this thing fits my ear so well compared to ALL other wireless earbuds I've tried that I'd say they're almost perfect. Yes it falls out sometimes but without the glue and pad this is the best I have ever used. I had to experiment a bit with the different sizes of adapters that came with it in order to "hook" it directly into my ear (I was trying to find the scientific name of the part of the ear it "hooks" to on human ear diagrams "). but after 15 minutes of googling I'm done). Others complain about the interface. I find this extremely user friendly. Not too many buttons to press and not too many button presses to get what you want. It took a few days to master the 3 button configuration, but the middle, top, and bottom buttons are all great designs. It's not just the feel and tactile press of the buttons, but also their placement and features that make this device truly brilliant to use. Glory to the engineers! Audio cues are clear, thoughtful, and unobtrusive when needed. Why only 1 star? I've been using it for a few days and the last time I rode the bike in the rain it worked. But after I charged it a third time, it wouldn't turn on again. I think it's a quality issue, maybe a power issue or a water resistance issue. Can't recommend for the price. Maybe I just got a lemon, I don't know. I'm sending it back and thinking about getting another one because I liked it so much. I will update this review after receiving a replacement.
