Review on The BookIt! Suite by Carlos Barete

I like the ability to see my booking history in one place. It is easy to navigate and the customer service is great. I like the ability to have all of my reservations in one place. The booking engine is also easy to use. I dislike having to use the phone to speak with a customer service representative. I wish that was an option. There are not a lot of features that I dislike but I would like to see more options to customize my account. I have used other travel booking software and this one has the most options. I highly recommend the BookIt! Suite. I use the booking engine to book flights and hotels. I use the customer service to answer any questions that I have. I use the reporting and analytics to help me understand my business better.
