The monitor is not plug and play.

First I received an open position. The box was already opened and the power cord was in an old plastic bag that didn't match the other ziplock bags. It turned on, the "LasAnclas" logo appeared, then immediately "No Devices Connected" to "Energy Saver" in a matter of seconds. I plugged in my Motorola phone and did nothing, then I plugged in my Samsung phone and also didn't plug in or play. I change Type-C cables and nothing comes up. It worked with a Samsung Chromebook but didn't display an image (see attached video clip). The speakers were at 100% volume and couldn't be heard. In general, it did not help me. The help link in the manual doesn't work, it says "Link is no longer valid". This is the second time I've had to return the monitor because it didn't show working status with a mobile phone.
