Wish I had known about this thing a few months ago! I was looking for a mink blanket for our little one to get him excited for his big boys bed but since it was summer I was hesitant to invest in something he might hate or be too hot. Enter muslin blankets! It's a great breathable thickness and big enough for our 98th percentile of 2.5 years, and it's instantly soft! I think that will be his transition to the ceiling. An added plus - the theme of his bedroom is a bit different, I think it's outdoor like scouts/camping and hard to find the right items - it goes very well with the color scheme! This will actually be part of my baby shower gifts.
