It has no suction power.

Love it after we figured out how to install it. The instructions printed on the packaging are incorrect and/or incomplete. The instructions on the box indicate that to open the staples, turn sideways by turning the handle to the right. It almost broke trying to turn right to open it. I went online for full instructions. To open the handle, it must be turned to the left. Very easy to open this way.
