Initially I liked this manufacturer better but there doesn't seem to be a way to clean the parts around the cartridge itself (after you remove the cartridge holder. I've emailed the seller and asked for info & maybe a video - anything - and I didn't get an answer!The maker itself works fine but you often have to press hard on the cups you put in or the lid won't close..a real mess at the top (bottom) but worst of all is the area where i am in the photo it is starting to leak a little even at the bottom of the front (label area) how to clean the areas i mentioned please let me know.wet rags etc will do just fine.comment : I've added another photo - showing how things that accumulate in areas you can't reach begin to come forward, I've tried to write to the company at the address which is behind Amazonas Spruces and it is not surprising that I have not received a reply from there. or. I am annoyed that I tried for a long time to get answers but did not get any and of course now it is too late to go back.
